1. You will receive an email from our end on order confirmation.

2. We will deliver products at the shipping address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Do ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. In case of any change in the shipping address do communicate and confirm the change with us.

3. Free shipping is provided on all orders above Rs.999/-. A shipping charge of Rs.50 will be added to all orders below that.

4. All International shipping is chargable, the amount for which is calculated on check out.

5. We try to ensure delivery all over India, via Delhivery. But just in case the pin code mentioned by you is non-serviceable by our official delivery partner, we will ship it to you from another courier company. However, this may take longer than our usual delivery time mentioned.

6. We try to ensure delivery as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched from our end we have very little control over the delivery time it may take because we use third party logistics. In such cases, the order can be tracked directly on Delhivery with the tracking ID provided by us.

7. Cancellation of any order should be done within 24 hours of placing the same. Any cancellations made after that will be accepted, but the shipping charges will be deducted from the final amount refunded back to you.

8. Depending on the product, we shall ship your order within 5 to 7 working days or as mentioned specifically for any product. Final delivery time will vary based on the location.

9. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.

10. In case of more than 3 failed attempts of accepting the delivery by you, the order is considered cancelled. In such an event, payments already made shall be refunded minus the shipping charges.

11. All products will be shipped with their invoices. In the event the invoice is not received, you can call the customer care number at +91 022-43551057 | (Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm), or write an e-mail to marketing@zekoonline.com mentioning the order reference number and we will e-mail you a copy.
