How can I return my GULLY order?

You need to ensure the product being returned has the GULLY tag on and is in it’s original packing. Then drop an e-mail with the reason why you are returning it to marketing@zekoonline.com.

How do I mail my return back to GULLY?

Once you request a return, our courier partners will pick up the product from you. After having received the same, the product will be checked by us in case of any damages. Rs.150 will be deducted towards courier charges while your refund is being processed.

Once confirmed okay, the refund will be received by you within 15 days of the product having reached us. Your payment will be refunded back through the same mode used to purchase the product.

No, payment for GULLY orders can't be split between multiple payment methods.

Can I exchange my GULLY order?

Yes, you may exchange a GULLY product within 7 days of purchase. You need not pay for any courier charges for exchanges. It’s free. Products may be exchanged just once.

How long does it take to exchange a product?

Once you request an exchange, our courier partners will pick up the old size from you. At the same time we will dispatch the new size. In all it should take up to 14 working days for you to receive your new size.
