WHAT IS GULLY’s RETURNS POLICY?

We design our products to make sure you are looking as fly as possible, but if they’re not working exactly right don’t worry - we got you covered. You can exchange any item within 15 days if you are located in India. International returns are not available right now. In order to qualify for a return please make sure all tags and labels are intact and clothes should not have been worn. No delivery costs for GullyCrew Members.

When you return an item you will receive a Gully coupon code for the same value as your returned item after deducting the courier charge of Rs. 150. This coupon code is valid for up to 6 months and can be used for purchasing any product on the website. Your coupon will be issued as soon as the returned product reaches us.

To make an exchange or request a return just drop a mail to management@zekoonline.com and say why you want to return the product.

How can I return my GULLY order?

You need to ensure the product being returned has the GULLY tag on and is in it’s original packing. Then drop an e-mail with the reason why you are returning it to management@zekoonline.com.

How do I mail my return back to GULLY?

Once you request a return, our courier partners will pick up the product from you. After having received the same, the product will be checked by us in case of any damages. Rs.150 will be deducted towards courier charges and the balance will be refunded to you via a coupon code.

Once confirmed okay, your coupon code will be emailed to you as soon as the product reaches us. And remember, we always cover the return delivery costs for GullyCrew Members.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

In case you are returning a product due to a manufacturing defect, then send us an image of the defect at management@zekoonline.com.

Can I exchange my GULLY order?

Yes, you may exchange a GULLY product within 15 days of purchase. You need not pay for any courier charges for exchanges. It’s free. Products may be exchanged just once.

How long does it take to exchange a product?

Once you request an exchange, our courier partners will pick up the old size from you. At the same time we will dispatch the new size. In all it should take up to 14 working days for you to receive your new size.
